I ordered a kite from you last week.  Knowing almost nothing about kiting, I phoned the shop for advice.  Whoever I spoke to was very enthusiastic and very helpful.  He steered me towards a Flexifoil Buzz, which turned out to be a perfect choice for what I wanted as a present for my wife. Delivery was fast (and free).  This is what internet shopping should be like.

And the kite rocks!  We had a great day out with it with friends and family, and now they all want one.
The best 45 quid I've spent in a long time.

Hi I just want to say thank you for issuing a replacement kite for the one that disappeared in the postal system. It arrived today and I had planning on trying it our (unfortunately it's raining!).
