Our standard delivery service is only £3.50 and you can order as many items as you want and only pay the one postage charge. If you need your order in a hurry, we offer two Premium Delivery Services. A 48 Hour Express Service for only £4.95 and a Next Working Day Service for only £7.95. Please see below for the full range of services we offer as well as delivery times. UK Standard Delivery Service £3.50 Your order is processed and despatched within 2 working days by either Royal Mail 1st Class or DHL and will take aprox 1 to 3 working days to arrive. 48 Hour Express Service £4.95 Your order is processed and despatched the same day we receive it (up to 2pm) by Royal Mail or DHL and will then take 1 to 2 working days to arrive. If your order is received after 2pm, it will be posted the following working day. A tracking number is available on request. UK Next Day Special Delivery £6.95 (For orders placed before 2pm) Your order is posted the same day that we receive it (up to 2pm) and will arrive the next working day, before 5:00pm. A signature is required on receipt. If an order is received after 2pm, it will be posted the following working day. A tracking number is available on request. Northern Ireland - 1 To 3 working days. Your order is posted within 2 working days and will take aprox 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Please note, we cannot post any of our larger single line kites, stunt kites or telescopic poles measuring 110cm or more in length using this service. If you purchase in error, we will give you the option of a refund or will offer you a shipping service which will deliver your order. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels. From time to time, parcels can be either misplaced, delayed or lost. While we have no control over delivery or transit time, we take full responsibility for any parcels which are lost or stolen. If you have not received your item after 15 working days please contact us and we will begin a trace. We will offer you a full refund or will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. |
